Section 27: Metropolitan Planning Committee to issue guidelines for preparation of five year and annual plans of Local Self Government Institutions

The Kerala Town and Country Planning Act 2016State Act of Kerala · Act 9 of 2016

Metropolitan Planning Committee may, from time to time, issue guidelines for the preparation of five year and annual plans of Local Self Government Institutions, such that these plans are prepared 5[taking into account of the State Planning framework for five year plans and Annual Plans of the Metropolitan Area.]
