The Government may, by notification in the Official Gazette, constitute an 4[Art and Heritage] Commission for the State to be called the Kerala 5[Art and Heritage] Commission with a view to preserving, 6[conserving], developing and maintaining the aesthetic quality of 7[ landforms, built and environmental features/specifications, architectural character, and urban scape] within the State.
