The Travancore-Cochin Insolvency Act, 1956 (No.2 of 1956)State Act of Kerala · Act 2 of 1956

The District Courts shall be the Courts having jurisdiction under this Act:

Provided that the Government may, by notification in the Gazette, mvest any Court subordinate to a District Co~rt with jurisdiction in any class of cases, and any Court so mvested shall withm the local hmits of its jurisdiction have concurrent jurisdiction with the District Court under this Act.
