Section 1: Short title and Commencement

The Travancore-Cochin Payment of Salaries and Allowances Act, 1951State Act of Kerala · Act 14 of 1951

(1) This Act may be called the 6 [Travancore-Cochin] Payment of Salaries and Allowances Act, 1951.

(2) Sections 2, 3, 4, 5 and 6 of this Act shall be deemed to have come into force on the 26 th day of January 1950 and the rest of this Act shall come into force at once.
