Section 93: Repeal and Saving

The Kerala University of Health Sciences Act 2010State Act of Kerala · Act 4 of 2011

(1) The Kerala University of Health and Allied Sciences Ordinance, 2010 (48 of 2010) is hereby repealed.

(2) Notwithstanding such repeal, anything done or deemed to have been done or any action taken or deemed to have been taken under the said Ordinance shall be deemed to have been done or taken under this Act.
