Section 13: Repeal and saving

The Unregistered Cashewnut Factories Prohibition Act, 1967State Act of Kerala · Act 11 of 1967

(1) The unregistered Cashewnut Factories Prohibition Ordinance, 1967 (5 of 1967), is hereby repealed.

(2) Notwithstanding such repeal, anything done or any action taken under the said Ordinance shall be deemed to have been done or taken under this Act had commenced on the 15th day of June, 1967.
