Section 11: Dupltcate licence

The Kerala Warehouses Act, 1960 (President's Act No.2 of 1960)State Act of Kerala · Act 2 of 1960

(1) Where a licence granted to a warehouseman is lost, destroyed or torn or defaced or other­ wise becomes illegible, the prescribed authority shall Issue a du}.Jhcate licence in lhe manner prescnbed on the apphcation of the warehouseman and on payment of the prescribed fee.

(2) When a duplicate licence is issued, it ~hall be clearly stam9ed "Duplicate" and shall be marked with the date of Issue of the duphcate and that of the or1ginal from the record of the officer issumg the licence.
