Section 20: Discrimination prohibited

No warehouseman shall, in the conduct of hb busmess, discri ninate between oersons desir ing to avail themselves of the facilities of h1s wareh,>use:

Provided that the warehouseman shall show such preference to co-operative societies in the State of Kerala and allow them such concessional rates as may be prescribed.
