Section 28: Receipts for deposits in warehouses

The Kerala Warehouses Act, 1960 (President's Act No.2 of 1960)State Act of Kerala · Act 2 of 1960

The receipt issued by a warehouseman shall, unless it is otherwise specified ------- 27 thereon, be transferable by endorsement and shall entitle the lawful holder thereof to receive the goods specified in it on the same terms and conditions as the original depositor.
