Section 3: Warehouseman

The Kerala Warehouses Act, 1960 (President's Act No.2 of 1960)State Act of Kerala · Act 2 of 1960

No person shall carry on the business of a warehouseman exce}.Jt under a hcence granted under this Act and in accordance ~·ith such terms and conditions as may, from time to time, be pre~cr1bed.

4. Grant of ltcence. {1) Apphcation for a hcence shall be made m the prescribed form to the prescribed authority.

(2) The prescribed authority may, on receiving such appli cation and on payment of such fees as may be prescribed; grant a licence.
