Section 35: Penalty and procedure

The Kerala Warehouses Act, 1960 (President's Act No.2 of 1960)State Act of Kerala · Act 2 of 1960

Whoever-

(a) acts or holds himself out, as a licenced warehouseman without having obtained a licence under this Act, or r '- 28 {b) krowingly contravenes or fails to comply with any of the provi•ion-. or requirements of this Act or the rules, shall be punishable with Imprisonment for a term which may extend to one year, or with fine which may extend to one thousand rupees, or with both.
