(1) Save as hereinafter provided, a member of the Board, other than a member of the Commission shall hold office for such period not exceeding three years as may be specified in the notification of his appointment published in the Official Gazette and shall be 'eligible for re-appointment.

(f) if .be has any finaOOal intoo:st in any subsisting a:mt.raa-ll:J3de widt or in any 'WOd being done for 1be Commission except as shareholder (oCbc:r thaD. a Direcu or Managing Agent) ina company' as defined in section 3 of the Companies Act, 1956;

Provided that ~ilete he is a sharehoIdt:r~ he will disclose to the Government the JDaUurc and extent of shares held by him insuch a company.
II. Cuul Vaanca.- (1) When any such member of the Board dies or resigns or is removal from office, the Government may. by notification in the Official ~ appoint a person to fill the vacancy.
(2) A member appointed under sub-rule (I) to fill a casual vacancy shall hold oflic:e so long as the member whose place he fills would have beenentitled to hold office if1he "'X3DCY bad notoccwred.
19. MClllbenhip rolL- (l) 'The Chief Executive Officer shall keep or cause to be kept a record of the names of the members of the Board and their addresses,
(2) If a member of the Board chaOges his address, he shall noti1Y his new address to the Chief Executive Officer who shaiI thereupon enter his new address. but if be 13ils to notify his new address, the address in the official record shall for all purposes be deemed to be the member's address, •
