Notwithstanding anything contained in rules 32 and 33 the Government may require special reports from the Commission and lay down the manner and the form in which sUphreports shall be .

made or may require from the Commission answers to questions upon which the Governmentmay need information. The Government may also require the Conunission to furnish a true copy of each or any contract, agreement, understanding or arrangement betweenthe Commission and any other party.
