The CommissiOn may, with the prior sanction of th<! Government, depute any m•ombet of the Commission or any of its employees to proceed outSide India in connection with its work. The Conunjssion may issue orders, with the prior approval of the Government regarding the grant of funds to persons deputed outside Indm, - 14. Appointmellt ofOmlinlttees' and Silb·COllmifttees for Spedllc purposes.-The CommisSion may appoint committees or sub-committees consisting of one or more of its members or bf other persons or both, for specific purpose to assist or advise the Commission in complying with any of the. proVisions of the Act.

15. Canteen, Lulteh'Reom·ete:---'The COmmiSsi01i rnay, 6ut.of its funds, provide facfiities sucli as canteens, recreation clubs, lunch rooms, ladies roorrur and medical aid centers for its employees: The Commission may include the necessary provision of funds m,thiS·behalf in its annual budget.
