Section 17: 1Quonun

(1) Four members of the Commission shall form the quorum for meeting of the Commission.

(2) · One third of the members of the Zonal Committee shall form the quorum for the meeting of the Zonal Committee.

(3) If at any meeting of the Commission or the Zonal Committee, there is no quorum, th~ Chairman or any other person presi~ing over such a meeting shall adjourn the meeting to another date and it shall thereup~:m be lawful to dispose of the busin~ss at such an adjourned meeting irrespective of the number of members attending the adjourned meeting :

Prof;ided that the adjourned meeting is fixed for a date not less than seven days later and that all the members are informed of jhe date, time and place of such adjourned meeting.
