Section 9: Daily Allowance

Daily allowance shall not be drawn atfull rate by any of the employees of the Commission for a continuous halt of more than_ten days at any one place while on tour;

Provided that the Commission may, by otders in writing, gratit general or individual exemption from operation of this regulatiort, if the Commi!ISion thinks it necessary that the Chief Executive Officers prolonged halts are necessary in the interest of the woPk of the Commission : · · · ·
