The Laccadive, Minicoy and Amindivi Islands Survey and Boundaries Regulation, 1959.Regulations · 1959

(1) The survey officer shall have power to determine and record as undisputed any boundary in respect of which no dispute is brought to his notice.

(2) Notice of every decision of the survey officer under subsection (1) shall be given in the prescribed manner to the landowners the boundaries of whoee lands may be affected by his decision.
