Section 22B: Delegation of powers

The Jammu and Kashmir Ancient Monuments Preservation Act, 1977Union territory Act of Ladakh · Act 5 of 1977

The Government may, by notification in the Government Gazette, direct that any power conferred on it by or under this Act, shall, subject to such conditions as may be specified in the notification, be also exercisable by such officer or authority as may be notified.]

23. [The Government] may make rules for carrying out any of the purposes of this Act.
