Section 17: Rule and savings

The Jammu and Kashmir Plant Disease and Pests Act, 1973Union territory Act of Ladakh · Act 14 of 1973

(1) The Plant and Crop Protection Act, 1990 (1 of 1990) is hereby repealed.

(2) Notwithstanding such repeal, anything or any action taken under any of the provisions of law so repealed under sub-section (1) shall be deemed to have been done, or taken under this Act.
