Section 34: Records to be public documents

Jammu and Kashmir State Evacuees' (Administration of Property) Act, 2006Union territory Act of Ladakh · Act 6 of 2006

All records prepared or registers maintained under this act shall be deemed to be public documents within the meaning of the Jammu and Kashmir Evidence Act, 1977 (XII of 1977), and shall be presumed to be genuine until the contrary is proved.
