(d) "building operation" includcs budding onerations, siructutal altcrations of, or additions to, buildings ond othcr opttrations•tionnolly undertoken in conneetion with the construction of building;

(j) the date by which the Boidd shall furnish its audited copy of accounts together with the auditor's report under sub-section (3) of section 22;

(k) the form in which and the tinie within which the Board shall prepare its annual report under section 23; • .

(1) any other matter which be, or may be, prescribed or in respect of which provision is to be, or may be, made by rules.

30. (1) The Board may, with the previous approval of the Administrator, by notification, make bye-laws, not inconsistenHkith the provisions of this Regulation and the rules tnade under section 29, generally Carry out the purpose of this Regulation.

32. The Board may, by general or special order in writing, delegate to any member.
