(3) The Chairpereon and President-cum-Chief Consellor may resign his office by givino notice in writing to the prescribrid authorhy. and. the resignation ahall take efhiot as provided under sub-section (4).

(3) •Notwithetending anything contalned in this Regulation. the ' Chairperson or the Vice-Chairperson or President-cum-ChisiDounsellor or Virmo-President-cum-Counsellor, as the ces• may be. shall not presidu over e meeting in which a vote of no confidence is chscussed against hlm.
