In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) read \rlth CiflLEr.‘ (c) of sub-section (2) of Seclion 35 and sub-section (2) of Section 18 of the Land Ports .-\uthonr_\' of lndia Act, 2010 (31 of 2010), the Land Ports Authority ot‘lndia with the previous npprmal of the Centnl Government, hereby makes the following regulations. namely:- I. Short title and commencement.- (|)These regulations may be called the Land Ports Authority of India (Contracts! Regulations. 1015.

(2) They shall come into force on in: date ol‘thcir publication in the oflicinl Gazette.
