Section 26: Restrictions on daily allowance

The Leader of Opposition in Maharashtra Legislature Allowances Rules 1987State Rules of Maharashtra · 1978

A Leader of the Opposition travelling on tour on public business within 8 kilometers of Bombay or within the limits mentioned in rule 20, whichever is farther, shall not be entitled to daily or mileage allowance, but may recover the actual amount limited to the daily allowance which he may have spent in payment of ferry and other tolls, if any.
