Section 2: Maximum Amount of Advance

The Leaders of Opposition in Parliament (Advance for Motor Car) Rules, 1991Central Rules · 1977

The maximum amount which may be advanced to a Leader of Opposition in Parliament for the purchase of a motor car shall not exceed rupees2 one lakh or the actual price of the motor car, which is intended to be purchased, whichever is less.
