Section 4: Resignation of members

The Chairman or any member may, by writing under his hand addressed to the Central Government, resign his office, and such resignation shall take effect from the date on which it is accepted by the Central Government 4 [or on the expiry of thirty days from the date of resignation, whichever is earlier] 1 Subs.
