’Licensing of Tenements and Sites and Services in Chandigarh Scheme, 1979Union territory Regulations of Chandigarh · 1952

(1) Any person feeling aggrieved by any order passed by the competent authority under this scheme, shall be entitled to file an appeal to the Chief Admin­ istrator.

. (2) Appeal shall be filed within 30 days from the date of communication of the impugned order.

(3) The Chief Administrator may, for good and sufficient reasons, entertain an appeal filed beyond the period of limitation provided under sub-rule (2).

(4) The Chief Administrator may confirm, vary or reverse the order ap­ pealed against and may pass such orders as he may deem fit.

(5) Order passed in appeal by the Chief Administrator shall be final.
