The Lotteries (Regulation) Ordinance, 1998Ordinance · 1998

(1) The Lotteries (Regulation) Second Ordinance, 1997, is hereby repealed.

(2) Notwithstanding such repeal, anything done or any action taken under the Ordinance so repealed, shall be deemed to have been done or taken under the corresponding provisions of this Ordinance.

Power to give directions Power of Central Government to make rules.

Power of State Government to make rules.

Repeal and Saving.
