4.1 All types of Academic fees, shall be administered by the Central Fees Committee of the Elb University
4.2 Fees payable by the student of the University (as per the Annexure-1) for various purposes, shall be as prescribed and may be modified by the Central Fees Committee of the University from time to time.

D Scholars shall pay the academic fees to the University at the time of admission and for the subsequent semesters, as prescribed by the University from the beginning of each semester which shall be notified in the information brochure or through official website of the University.

4.5 The list of students selected for the grant of Full freeships/half freeships shall be notified by the Dean of the School concerned within 30 days from the last date of the receipt of application.

4.6 Full Freeships/half freeships granted during the academic year' shall not be renewed automatically in the following year. The Students in need of such concession shall be required to submit fresh applications every year, which shall be considered along with new applications received in the year on the basis of performance in the semester.
4.7 A Full freeship/half freeship granted to! a student may be cancelled if his/her conduct or • progress in studies is found to be unsatisfactory.

5.1.3 The Central Fees Committee of the University shall review and decide the eligibility criteria for awarding scholarship for special merit and is empowered to discontinue scholarship for special merit if conduct or progress of the student is found below the CGPA 8.0 in the each semester examination of any programme/course of the University.
5.2 Scholarship for BPL Students:
5.2.1 The top three BPI:rank holders having 70% and above in the entrance examination of any programme/course offered by the University (excluding Ph. D and M. Phil Programmes) will be awarded BPL scholarship as per Annexure-2.
5.2.2 Scholarship shall discontinue In case, the conduct or progress of the student is found below the CGPA 7.0 in each semester examination of any programme/course of the University.
