Section 25: Power to make rules

The Madhya Pradesh Adhivakta Kalyan Nidhi Adhiniyam, 1982State Act of Madhya Pradesh · Act 9 of 1982

( 1) The Trustee Committee may; with the previous approval of the State Government; by notification; make rules for the purpose of carrying into effect the provisions ofthis Act :

Provided that before giving approval to the rules framed by the Trustee Committee; the State Government shall consult the Bar Council.

( 2) All rules made under this Act shall be laid on the table of the Legislative Assembly.
