(b) The fees shall be paid before the dates shown below:
(l) For existing installations except those coming under category 0 2 above, the fees shall be paid before 1st May in each year. The fees payable by the suppliers for their installations shall be paid within one month from the date of the receipt of the bill after the inspection.
(2) For installations coming under 0-2 above, the fee for respective half year shall be paid before 1st May and 1Sl November. In case the installation is not in use on the above dates, the fees for each half year shall be paid before the installation is used.

(6) For new H.T. installation or new cinemas jncluding additions or alterations, the fee shall be paid in advance and the treasury challan shall be ,sent to the Electrical Inspector along Vvith the application for inspection and / or approval of such installations. The inspection fee of the new installations of.the supplier shall be payable as per note 2(b)(1). The fee for such installations shall be 50 per cent more th8.!1 the rate shown above. For' other new installations including addition or alterations and . seasonal factories, the fees shall be paid before the installations .. are brought into use. I:ees.payable for additional inspection under note 7 below shall be paid before the dates specified by the.Electric"al Inspector in each . case. Fees under category E shall be levied only for each subsequent . inspection necessiated due ·to breach of any of the provisions of the Electricity Act, 2003 or rules made thereunder, separate fee shall be payable for each service line tapped from th~· same fHJle. (7) Fees under category F shall be payable in advance by the person requesting for the inspection.
(c) ~n case the fee>is not paid before the dates ShO\Vll in sub-clause (b), the fee payaote shall be increased by twenty per cent.
(d) In case the inspection or additional inspection is not carried out, the fee paid shall be adjusted towards that payable for the subsequent year or half year.
5. If any installation is disconnected or dismantled before an inspection is carried out no fee shall be charged. If any new installation is brought into use during the last two months of the financial year, the annual fee paid shall be deemed to cover the short period of the year in which the fee is paid as well as the full period of the next financial year. 6. In case of motors or other apparatus for power purposes installed on trial for a period not exceeding 15 days, no fee shall be charged.
7. '~{ear' for the purpose of thi~ notification means a financial year from 1st April to 31 st March.
8. The fee prescribed above will be payable for each periodical inspection as per frequency of inspection shown above. The flist or initial inspection will be deemed to be the periodical inspection for the period in which the inspection has been carried out. for each additional inspection carried out at the request of the owner or due to breach of any of the provisions of the Electricity Act, 2003 or Rules made thereunder or the Cinematography Rules and Regulations, one half of the fees prescribed will be charged. Part II- DISPUTES If the Chief Electrical Inspector or Electrical Inspector is called upon to settle any difference or dispute arising under the Electricity Act, 2003 or the rules made thereunder or under any agreement,the following fee shall be payable.
(a) In respect of low and medium voltage consumers.. Rs. 2501-
(b), In respect of High and Extra High voltage ~onsumers..Rs. 1000/- Note: On receipt of application in connection with 'a difference or dispute between a consumer and licensee as to the correctness of any m~er, the Electrical Inspector will arrange with the consumer ai:ld the licensee to attend at the premises of the consumer. The Electrical Inspector will take charge of the meter which is not to be disconnected from the circuit except in his presence and then only by the licensee. Part III- Tests of Apparatus.
