2. Definition —In these rules, unless the context 6therwise, requires;— , i • - •

(a) "Appointing Authority". in 'respect of the service ;marts the Director of Aviation;

(b) "Board" means the Madhya Pradesh Junior Service Selection Board;

i(c) "Examination" means competitive Exami- ' nation for recruitment to the Service to be held under Rule 11 of these rules;

(d) "Schedule" means a schedule appended to , `• • these rules; • '' , "Schedule Caste" means any caste race or tribe or part of or group' within a caste race .9r tribe specified as Scheduled Cntes with resist& to the State Of Madhya Pradesh under Article 341 of the Constitution of India;

(0 g.'Schedule Tribes" .means any time or part of group within a caste or tribe specified as Scheduled Tribes with respect to the State of Madhya Pradesh usder Article 342 of the constitution of India.

(g-. "Service". means the Madhya Pradesh Aviatoin (Non-Gazetted Service)..

Provided that the Government may, from time to time, add to or reduce the number of posts included in the service, 'either on a permanent or temporary basis.
