1. This Act may be called the Bhopal Gas Trasadi (Jangam Sampatti Vikrayon Ka Shoonya Ghoshit Kiya Jana) Adhiniyam, 1985. 2. It shall be deemed to have come into force on the 24th day of January, 1985
