Whenever a boiler is transferred from another State (to Madhya Pradesh) the owner shall under clause (b) of Section 6 apply to the Chief Inspector for the registration of the transfer. The Chief Inspector 16 shall then obtain the registration book and memorandum of inspection book of the boiler from the Sta te from which the boiler was transferred. No fee shall be charged for recording transfer. The boiler cannot be used before the transfer is recorded.
