Section 30: Power to hold enquiry in writing

The Inspector shall take the writ ten statement of witnesses and all persons immediately concerned with the accident. In order to comply with the provision of sub -section (2) of Section 18, the Inspector shall present to the owner or person in charge of the boiler a series of writ ten questions on all points that are material to the enquiry.
