Section 43: Procedure during hearing

The Madhya Pradesh Boilers Rules, 1969State Rules of Madhya Pradesh · 1923

When the date for hearing has been fixed the Chief Inspector shall at once issue a notice to the appellants stat ing the date for hearing and informing him that if he wishes to be heard in support of the appeal or to produce evidence, he must be present ei ther in person or by an authorised agent with his evidence on the date fixed. The notice shall be sent by registered post to such address as shall be entered in the peti t ion.
