Section 1: Short title, extent and commencement

The Madhya Pradesh Civil Courts Act, 1958State Act of Madhya Pradesh · Act 19 of 1958

( 1) This Act may be called The Madhya Pradesh Civil Courts Act, 1958.

(2) It extends to the whole of Madhya Pradesh.

(3) It shall come into force on such date, as the State Government may, by notification, in the Official Gazette, specify in this behalf.
