Section 30: Insolvency of members

Madhya Pradesh Co-Operative Societies Act, 1960State Act of Madhya Pradesh · Act 17 of 1960

Notwithstanding anything contained in the Provincial Insolvency Act, 1920 (V of 1920), in an insolvency proceeding against a member of a society, the dues of the society shall have priority over all other dues except those payable to Government.
