Section 25: The Central Provinces Juvenile Smoking Act, 1929 (VIII of 1929) Section 2

The Madhya Pradesh Extension of Laws Act 1958State Act of Madhya Pradesh · Act 23 of 1958

For sub-section (2), substitute the following, namely :- - "(2) It extends to the whole of Madhya Pradesh."

Section 5.- For "Lambardar, mukaddam" substitute "Patel" and for wards beginning with "Member of a Municipal Committee" and ending with "member of a Village Panchayat", substitute "Member of any local authority."
