The Madhya Pradesh Extension of Laws Act 1958State Act of Madhya Pradesh · Act 23 of 1958

(1) In sub-section (2), for "Mahakoshal region" substitute "Madhya Pradesh".

(2) For sub-section (3) substitute-- "(3) It shall be in force in the Mahakoshal region and shall come into force in any other regions of the State on such date as the State Government may, by notification in the Official Gazette, appoint."

Section 15.- For "having their own warehouses" substitute-- "or to warehousing corporations established under the Agricultural Produce (Development and Warehousing) Corporations Act, 1956 (XXVIII of 1956), in relation to warehouses owned and run by such societies and corporations."
