Section 14: Effect of non-compliance of Rul~-12

If prior to the receipt of permission under rule 12, any coloniser starts the development work of the colony or sales the plots, 0::- prepare to sale the plots, in such .circumstances the Competent Authority may cancel the registration of the coloniser and may take such legal action as he decides to take under the law:
