Madhya Pradesh Gram Sabha (Appeal) Rules, 2001State Rules of Madhya Pradesh · 1993

In these rules, unless the context othel -;se requires-

(a) "Act"means the Madhya Pradesh Pandlayat Avam Gre..... Swaraj, Adhiniyam 1993 ( 1 of 1994);

(b)."AppellateAuthority" means the 'Appeal Co~nmittee ' constitutt" under Rule 3 of these rules; and . (c).'Section"means a section of the Act.
