(l) These rules maybe called the Madhya Pradesh Grain Sabha (Budget Estimates) rules. 2001.
(2)They shan come into forcewith _effectfrom the date of publication in the Madhya Pradesh Gazette.
.2. Definitions.-In these rules. unless the context other wise requires.
(a) "Act" means the Madhya Pradesh Panchayat Raj Avam Gram Swaraj Adhiniyam. 1993 (No.1 of 1994);
(b) "Finap.cialYear" means the year coinmencing on the first day of April. and ending on 31st March of the succeeding year;
(c)"Form"means a form appended to there rules;
(d) "Section"means the Section of the Act;
(e)"Year"means a financial year.
