Section 6: Eligibility of the Members

(l) Any person whose name is in the yoter list of <?oncerned ~llage and hc.;u;not come in the -category of disqualification as mentioned in Section 36 of Panchayat Act, can be .member of any Committee.

(2)At any instance one cannot be a member ofmore than one Committee, Panch bf the Gram Panchayat may be Member of anyone Committee.
