(ii) in case of clause (ii)of sub-rule (1), the Khasra numbers of the area proposed to be included in a Gram Panchayat or proposed to be excluded therefrom;
(iii) in case of clause (iii) of sub-rule (i),.the Gram Panchayats proposed to be amalgamated; and .
(iv) in case of clause (iv)of sub-rule (i), the particulars of each of the area proposed tc be split up.
(3) EvelYsuch notification shall invite suggestions and objections by the date to be mentioned therein and any objection or suggestion received from any person with,respect to the proposal before the expiry of the date specified above shall be considered. by the Governor or the authority authorised by him, as the case may be. .4. Disestablishment of village.-(1) Where the Governor or the authority authorised by him decides under sub-section (1)of Section 126 to disestablish any village he/it shall declare his/its intention in the form of proposal to do so by publishing a notifica~ion specified the village proposed to be. disestablished. in the "Madhya Pradesh Gazette" and by affixing a copy thereof on the notice board of the Gram Panchayat concerned.

Ordy.) datee. 5-3-2001, p. 244 (2)J.-In exercise of the powers conferred by the sub-section (1) of the Section 95 read with Section 6 of the Madhya Pradesh Panchayat Avam Gram Swaraj Adhiniy;:rcDi,1993 (1 of 1994), the State Government hereby makes the following rules, the same having been previously published as required by sub-section (3) of Section 95 of the sc..idAct, namely:-
1.Short Title and commencement.-(1) These rules may be called the Nladhya Pradesh Gram Sabha (Procedure of Meeting Rules) Rules, 2001
(2) They shall come into force with effect from the date of publication of this notification in the Madhya Pradesh Gazette.
2. Definitions.-The words and phrases used but not defined shall have the meaning assigned to them in the Act.
3. Meeting of Gram Sabha. -The meeting of Gram Sabha shall be held at the Headquarters of the Gram Sabha.
4. In case of any emerg~ncy, the nature of which shall be recorded in writing, a meeting can be called with a prior notice of clear three days.
(2) Such notice of the meeting shall be published,-
(a) by affiXing a copy of notice at conspicuous places in the Gram Sabha area; and ..

5. Inspection of records placed before the Gram Sabha.-Every member of the Gram Sabha shall ha'le t~e right to inspect the records to be placed before the Gram Sabha in -..hemeeting of the Gram Sabha.
6. Atte:l1dance Register.-Nariies of the members of the Gram Sabha attending the ll1eeting shall be entered in the Attendance Register in Form 2.
7. Mi.nutes Book.-(l) Minutes, recording the proceedings and cjecisions of every Ineeting of the GraD Sabhfl and the number of members present thereat shall be entered by the Secretary of the Gram Sabha in the Minutes Book in the Form 3 and shc..llbe confirmed at the same meeting by the person presiding thereat.

8. Repeal an~d saving.- All rul~~ c_o..rresondingto these rules and in force immediately before the. commencerrientof these- rules are hereby repealed in respect of the mattersco"lered. by these rules.
