(l) The Gram Panchayat Secretary shall support in the workiLg and guidance of the Committee.

(2) The Committee may invite the Sarpanch of the. Gram Panchayat .

reputed NonGovernment Organization (NGOs),Self Help Group (SHG), Chairpersons/Members as special invites in the COmmitteemeetings.

(3)Technical guidanc~ may be sought from the technical personnel in working in T.)tal Sanitation Campaign; Public Health Engineering (PHE) and Rural ELgineering Service (RES)by the Committee and their suggestion shall be obtained in Hindi. The sugges1)ons, if any, shall be addressedto the Chairperson. . ~,

(4) All estimates shall be submitted to the COmmittee and to any working agency in Hindi language.. .

(5)The appeal against the decisiontakeJlin the meeting ofthe Committee may be preferred at J.anpad levelGram Sabha AppealCominittee.

(6)The Committee is being constituted as a Adhoc Committee of the Gram Sabha in the initial stage butthe Committee shall be constituted as a Standing Committee in the public interest as soon as possible. .
