Land is said to be irrigable when -
(a) It is commanded by a canal;
(b) It is under cultivation; and
(c) It is not wet.
Explanation.- Land which has been cultivated with any crop at any time during two years preceding that which an irrigation agreement has effect shall be deemed to be under cultivation
11. Outlet,- An "outlet" Is an opening, constructed by the State Government in a canal, through which water Is delivered into a watercourse or directly on to any land.
