Section 64: Mode of recovery of miscellaneous revenue

All Sums due to the Government for the right to cut grass, to graze cattie, to fish, to cultivate land, Or to do other acts on land or in water under the charge of the Irrigation Department shall be recoverable as arrears of land revenue:
