(1) If a vacancy occurs in the office of the Chairman jointly nominated under rule 7, it shall be filled in the same manner as is provided in sub-section (4) of section 11, read with the said rule.
(2) If the President or a member of the Industrial Court has been appointed Chairman of the Board under paragraph (ii) of the proviso to sub-section (4) of section 11, any vacancy in the office of the Chairman shall be filled in by the State Government by appointing the successor in office of the President or such member or any other member of the Industrial Court to be Chairman of the Board.
9.1f a vacancy occurs in the office of a Member of the Board appointed from a panelsubmitted by a party under sub-seetion (3) of section 11, it shall be filled by the State Government by nominating any 'other person from such pane!;
if no such person is available, it shall be filled by appointing any person from the appropriate panel prepared under rule 3.
10. An application by a Union for recognition under sub-section (1) or section 13 shall be submitted in Form 'B'.
11. The fee payable under sub-section (2) of section 13 shall be rupees five to be paid in cash.
12. The certificate of recognition issued by the Registrar under sub-section (2) of section 13 shall be in Form 'C'.
