Madhya Pradesh Janpad Panchayat (Imposition Of Development Tax On Agriculture Land) Rules, 1999State Rules of Madhya Pradesh · 1993

Any person aggrieved by the order of the Tahsildar under sub-rule (9) of rule 7 may within 30 days from the date of such order, .

prefer an appeal.to the Sub-Divisional' Officer, whose decision .thereon shall be final: '

Provided that in computing the p~)jod of 30 'days, time' required for obtaining a copy of the order appealed a.~ainst, shall be excluded.
